Collaboration is key

Together we can face any challenges as deep as the ocean and as high as the sky.

Interested in working with me? I enjoy working with a team of engineers developing new projects for world-wide access.

Overview:

This is another design project which performs an animated simulation of a miniaturized V6 engine. The engine is about 1:4 the size of its counterpart and it was created from 27 different parts with over 180 different components pieced together. All of its parameters were measured and recorded in SOLIDWORKS. Various constraints such as the material of the part and weight were considered and removed. There are three parts to this project; the engine's recorded measurements, the assembly of the engine, as well as the individualized parts used to create the engine.

Software Languages Used:

  • SOLIDWORKS 2018

Under the feature manager tree, "Motion Study" and "Motion Analysis" was used to perform a simulated animation of the JTS-V6 engine.
